●       All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

●       Handcrafted and made-to-order items may take a little longer due to the nature of sustainable production.

●       Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

●       Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

●       Non-Metro/Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

●       Please note: These timelines may vary due to unforeseen weather or logistics issues.

SHIPPING CHARGES

●       We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

●       For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
