Return & Cancellation Policy – TARAGRAM ECOMMERCE LLP

At TARAGRAM ECOMMERCE LLP, we take pride in offering sustainable, handcrafted, and thoughtfully curated products. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

We accept returns in the rare case that:

●       You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

●       A return request is raised within 10 days of delivery.

●       The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

❗ Please note:
 Due to the nature of our handcrafted and sustainable products, we do not accept returns for:

●       Customized or made-to-order items

●       Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

●       Minor variations in color, texture, or finish – these are signs of the product’s uniqueness, not defects.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at accounts@taragram.in with your Order ID and a brief description of the issue.
   
   
2. Attach clear images or an unboxing video (in case of damage or wrong item).
   
   
3. Our team will respond within 2 business days to guide you through the next steps.
   
   

Approved returns will be processed within 7 business days after the product reaches us.

CANCELLATIONS

●       Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing accounts@taragram.in.

●       Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

●       In case of prepaid orders, the refund (if eligible) will be processed to the original payment method.

REFUNDS

• Return requests will be reviewed and approved within 48 hours from the time of submission.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• For COD orders, we will request your bank details to initiate the refund via NEFT/IMPS.
• Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
