At Taragram, we take great pride in curating sustainable, handmade, and ethically sourced products. Every item is packed with care, but if something doesn't meet expectations, we’re here to help—within fair and transparent guidelines.
1. Return Eligibility
We’re committed to making sure you love what you receive. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
You may request a return if:

The item arrived damaged

The item is defective or not functioning as intended

You received the wrong item
We encourage you to reach out within 3 days of delivery so we can help promptly.
Please note:
Many of our products are handcrafted in small batches by artisans, which means each piece is unique. Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are part of this charm—not flaws. We appreciate your understanding in celebrating the character of handmade work.
2. Return Request Window
If your order meets our return criteria, you can initiate a return within 3 days of delivery. You can choose either of the following options:

Clear photos of the item and its packaging

We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to assist with the next steps.
3. Return Process
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup from your address—no need to ship it yourself.
We do request that:

The product is packed securely, ideally in its original packaging

It’s in unused condition, with tags, labels, or any accessories intact
Our team will keep you informed throughout the process to ensure everything goes smoothly.
4. Refunds
After the returned item reaches us and is inspected:
- Return requests will be reviewed and approved within 48 hours from the time of submission.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For COD orders, we will request your bank details to initiate the refund via NEFT/IMPS.
Please note:

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Taragram error.

If the product is found to be used, tampered with, or returned without original packaging, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order once the refund is processed.
6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us directly. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event of a dispute, we will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably. If unresolved, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
