Return and Refund

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized products.
• Products marked as "final sale."

3. Process for Returns

• Email us at troska@taragram.in with your order details and reason for return.
• Once approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of the processing date.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
